Ready-to-Wear Items

We offer a 14-day return policy for Ready-to-Wear items. This means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Non-Returnable Items

Please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges on the following items:

Alterations on Ready-to-Wear items

Damages and Issues

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please notify us via email at info@monazzafashion.com within 48 hours of receipt. To help us assess the issue promptly, kindly attach images of the item, including close-up photos of any damaged areas. We will evaluate the situation and take the necessary steps to make it right.

Refunds

We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund is approved. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 14 business days. Please remember it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

International Returns and Shipping Costs

Please note that customers are responsible for international return shipping costs, and original shipping fees are non-refundable for both local and international orders
